A story of positive ROAS & overcoming challenges

After a bad experience with their previous agency we worked alongside a high end retailer to improve their Google Ads performance. They were consistently achieving sales with their old agency, however, majority of sales were coming through brand and the audience was low quality. September we were able to track like for like and as result we achieved a 64% increase in conversion value and a ROAS of 13.01 up 19% compared to 2022.

We are still working with this client in 2024, and it continues to be one of our best in terms of results. We are now working alongside their team to help improve the quality of their website and based on our recommendations their ROAS has increased from 8.7 last year to 11.82

A change in strategy leading to change in sales

Using our experience of working with a national baby brand, we were able to increase our clients Google Ad results significantly. Month one we increased conversion value from £1657 to £4924, ROAS increased 53% and the range of products being sold was (and still is) the most significant result. We no longer sell low end products, now we are consistently selling items that make a bigger impact to the business, which has led to an 80% business growth YOY
